Annual BBQ and Awards Program

The Converse County Conservation District will be hosting their annual bbq and awards ceremony on the evening of July 15, Washington Park, 6:00 pm.

This event is open to the public and is an opportunity for the District to acknowledge individuals who have made significant contributions in the areas of soil, water and other natural resource conservation efforts in Converse County! Come visit with the Board of Supervisors, District staff and community members.

Converse County Conservation District will be providing burgers and brats, drinks and table service. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share with others attending.

Several awards will be presented this year including:

Cooperator of the Year

Appreciation/Honor Award

Windbreak/Tree Planter Award

Stewardship Week Poster Contest winners will also be recognized.

The Cowboy Chuck and Chip Golf Scramble
